customer. So, each personal assistant works for one client and has
a thorough understanding of their personal needs. They provide all
the services you'd expect of a personal assistant, but it is done
remotely. A Virtual Office Assistant (VOA) can filter e-mails and
voice mails, schedule, confirm or cancel appointments, send and
receive faxes, take orders, compile expense reports, write thank
you cards and letters, etc.
Businesses who are currently utilizing VOAs
include real estate agents, mortgage brokers and small business
owners. VOAs can also manage online services and information based
on the customized requirement of the client.
