For example, the name of the caller, phone number, time of the call and any other information you have Appletree gather from the caller in your customized script. Associated with each call, the message will also include the steps Appletree call center agents took to reach you with the information. These steps are dependent on the protocol you have set-up for your messages and can vary from calling your on-call personnel to text messaging you the entire message.
