Guest Cards and Appointments
All prospect guest cards are available online and are emailed to the property. Requested appointments are confirmed by a phone call to the property and review of online calendars.
Call Back to Online or Email Prospects
Appletree leasing specialists also respond to email inquiries when the prospect provides a phone number. The Appletree leasing specialists immediately calls the prospect directly during acceptable calling hours.
Online Appointment Calendar
Leasing Specialists can utilize online calendars through Google Calendar’s sync application for Outlook or other online calendars to check leasing staff availability and schedule prospect visits.
Leasing Website
Detailed property information, availability, specials, guest cards and reports are accessible 24x7 through the Leasing Website. Leasing specialists and on-site staff view the same real time website information. Clients are provided with a property login and password at startup.
Online Property & Availability Updates
Real time web access is provided to update property information, availability and specials. Clients may also push availability data in a specified format to a secured website at Appletree.
Call Tracking Phone#
Toll free and local call tracking numbers are provided to measure advertising effectiveness.
Call Routing Options
Leasing Calls Forward Directly from Advertising Sources – All leasing calls are forwarded from advertising sources directly to Leasing Specialists. No voice prompts. Ad Source results are measured by call tracking numbers. Calls may be offered to the property first to answer.
Automatically Forward Busy and Unanswered Calls to Appletree – All unanswered calls rollover from the property if unanswered or manually forwarded from the property to Appletree. Callers are either directly connected to an Appletree agent or routed according to the caller’s selection for leasing, maintenance, or the management office. Leasing calls can also be forwarded from the property’s Call Router or PBX phone system.
Manually Forward Calls to Appletree – When the office is closed or the property office is busy serving residents, your office can manually forwarded all calls to Appletree. Callers are either directly connected to an Appletree agent or routed according to the caller’s selection for leasing, maintenance, or the management office.
Call Recordings
All inbound leasing calls answered by Leasing Specialists are recorded and available through the call tracking report and prospect guest card for 2 months.
