This feature will then be set up for your business indefinitely and Appletree will recognize your number anytime you forward your phone lines.
Appletree’s Busy Call Forward feature assures that your customers will never hear a busy signal when calling your company. If all of your phone lines are in use, instead of getting a busy signal, your customer’s calls will be rolled over to an Appletree call center agent. This allows Appletree to assist your company during peak hours, so you don’t miss an important customer call.
