Switching to Appletree for Your Call Center and Answering Service Solutions is Easy.

Congratulations! You're about to get started with the last answering service you'll ever need. Usually the process to establish your Appletree services takes an average of 1-2 business days.

STEP #1

You can either go to our Request a Quote page, or Contact Us by phone.

 

STEP #2

Appletree will assign your personal Account Manager who will start the process by assessing your business needs, develop scripting and instructions for handling calls.
 

STEP #3

Based on the results of this discovery process we develop a custom solution and strategy to setup your account. Our New Account Coordinator will work to input the scripts and instructions into both the technological aspect, the automated script systems and with the human aspect, training the operators to work with your customers.
 

STEP #4

Once the solution has been developed, you will have the opportunity to review the scripts, instructions and protocols for actions to ensure they are seamless with your own business processes. Once the services are live with your solution in place, your Account Manager will follow up with you regularly to ensure the solution is performing the way you want it to. This begins the ongoing process of communicating with our clients, and always being able to respond to changes or new requests. Most importantly, we'll be there to answer your call.
