The Appletree Classic Returns to Mid County Lanes

What do the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) and Appletree Answers have in common?

We will both the participating in this year’s Appletree Classic on July 26 – 29 at Mid County Lanes in Middleton, Delaware.  Appletree Answers will be the main sponsor of the event and around 150 professional bowlers will be battling in a 3-day competition for a $10,000 winner’s check. This years’ Appletree Classic is expected to attract some of the PBA’s biggest names in bowling.

Why did Appletree Answers choose to sponsor this event? Well it just so happens that our CEO and founder, John Ratliff, has a love for the sport and is even a bowler himself.  This will be the second year in a row Appletree Answers will be the main sponsor of this event.  Last year’s event was a huge hit and this year is expected to be no different. Below are some pictures from last year’s Appletree Classic where you can see the smiles from ear to ear.

Dick Allen, of South Carolina, was the champion of last year’s Appletree Classic.  Allen’s $10,000 prize check was the largest in the history of the PBA’s regional program that dates back to the late 1950s. Allen is expected to be on hand this year to defend his title.

We look forward to attending this year’s Appletree Classic, not only as this year’s sponsor, but also as cheering fans of this year’s participants.
