PINK OUT Week turned into Pink HAIR Week at Appletree!

In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Appletree had PINK OUT Week October 23rd – 29th!. And what a “Pink” week it was! In the spirit of “Take Care of Each Other” we wanted to honor all of the Appletree employees that had battled with this disease along with all of the friends/family/loved ones that have been affected by Breast Cancer. All employees were given “In Honor Of” stickers that they could wear each day and each office created an Honor Board where employees could honor loved ones who have battled with Breast Cancer.

And of course at Appletree we like to find the “Spirited Fun” in everything we do, so we incorporated some Spirited Fun into Pink Out week! What started as a dare for one employee to dye their hair pink for Pink Out Week turned into over 120 employees dying their hair pink for the week!! We also had a Crazy Pink Outfit contest to see who could come up with the most fun pink outfits during the week!

Pink Out Week turned out to be an amazing display of how fanatical (and a little crazy) our employees can get when we rally together to support something we believe in!
