About Jim Curcuru

Jim Curcuru is retired after 25 years from what is now AT&T. Jim held a number of technical positions, mostly in the area of plant maintenance and repair. Jim spent the last 18 years as a manger and later an area manger over nationwide call centers. These call centers directly supported different business customers. Jim has worked with and now for Appletree for the last 11 years. Jim is a former recipient of the Curtain Award (2001), given to people that represent the industry in a positive manner.
