Appletree Answers is awarded a spot on
Inc. Magazine's Top 500/5000 Fastest-Growing Companies List for the Eighth Consecutive Year

Appletree Answers Ranks No. 2,674 on the 2011 Inc. 500|5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies with a Three-Year Sales Growth of 85%.

Wilmington, Del. – August 23, 2011
Inc. magazine recently ranked Appletree Answers No. 2,674 on their 2011 Inc. 5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Appletree, a leading provider in call center and answering services, was awarded based on their growth of 85% over the past three years.

This is Appletree's fifth consecutive year to land a spot on the Inc. 5000 list, following three consecutive years on the Inc. 500 list. Details of Appletree's 2011 ranking on the Inc. 5000 list, as well as details of rankings from the past can be found here.

"Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is," says Inc. magazine Editor, Jane Berentson.

Appletree Answers is a fully integrated answering service and call center provider. They have 22 call center locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. Appletree acknowledges its unique company culture and commitment to their seven core values as the driving force behind their ongoing company growth. Over the past three years, Appletree has acquired 8 call center locations and added 210 employees to the Appletree family.

"The pride and sense of accomplishment we feel to make this year's list is no different than the feeling we had in 2004, our first year on the Inc. 500 list," says John Ratliff, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Appletree Answers. "It's confirmation that we are continuing to provide quality service to our customers and sustaining a first-class company culture for our employees."

Methodology
The 2011 Inc. 500 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2007 to 2010. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2007. Additionally, they had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2010. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2007 is $100,000; the minimum for 2010 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.'s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at www.inc.com/500.
