Call Center Provides Frontline Support for Domestic Abuse Hotline

Appletree Answers, an integrated communications center, today announced ALIVE (Alternatives to Living in Violent Environments) has selected the local St. Louis office to provide after hours call support.
"The hotline is the gateway to all of the services offered by ALIVE", stated Erin Ercoline, executive director of ALIVE. "We require professional and compassionate service from a call center, Appletree Answering Service specifically tailors the program and team to support our individual needs."
ALIVE's mission is to provide counseling, emergency sanctuary and other critical services to adults and children impacted by domestic abuse, as well as to increase awareness in order to create a supportive community. In 2008, there were over 15,000 calls into the organization.
