Appletree Completes Acquisition of Available Communications, Inc. 

Combined Company to Deliver Industry Leading Call Center Services
 

ST. LOUIS, Mo., May 1, 2008 - Appletree Answering Service today announced its acquisition of Available Communications, Inc., a premier provider in the call center and answering service industries.  The acquisition creates one of the industries most innovative and diversified call center environments.  The combined companies will focus on providing a more comprehensive experience to both inbound and outbound call center contracts and will offer new technologies for creating, managing and delivering compelling service and experiences. 

In business since 1981, Available Communications is a pioneer in the answering service industry.  They have continued to provide innovative ways to help their clients make a profitable connection with their customers and other businesses through the latest technology and elite customer service.  Their newly enhanced call center is efficient in handling large volume inbound and outbound calling for services such as order taking, customer service and call center lead generation.  In addition to their exceptional call center services, Available Communications also provides a top of the line appointment calendar program as well as a comprehensive virtual receptionist service.

Appletree intends to continue developing the services and technology of Available Communications as well as expanding their commitment to call center services.  This week the company will begin executing the planned integration of the two companies’ operations, networks and customer care organizations to ensure a smooth transition and immediate value for customers.
