Description:
- Dedicated to actively living Appletree’s Core Values
- Completing scheduling, Customer Experience Expert hiring, training and coaching, customer service, overseeing day-to-day operations at the call center level
- Assist in managing business to meet financial goals as set forth by the Operations Manager
- Focus on implementing and maintaining Appletree business practices geared towards improving operational systems and exceeding Customer expectations
- Manage the efforts of the Call Center Supervisors to ensure coaching and development of Experts
Work/Promotion experience requirements:
- Represents and makes decisions based on Appletree’s Core Values
- 2 yrs. of Call Center Supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible with schedule
