Job Description:
- Monitor and coach a team of Telephone Agents to assure quality standards and customer needs are met
- Manage and assist with call traffic control and call taking when needed
- Assist Customers with concerns and requests; troubleshooting
- Communicate to team of Agents site goals, performance, and metrics
- Work closely with Customer Service and Programming department to enhance service levels for the customers
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent entry-mid level management experience in direct management of staff
- Able to effectively communicate to upper management
- Good verbal and written skills, working knowledge of MS Word and Windows
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, flexible, and a quick learner.
