We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: All Appletree call centers spanning the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Employee Type: Full-time and Part-time
Preferred Education: High School diploma (or equivalent)

Description: Inbound telephone agent needed to represent our clients by answering live telephone calls professionally, accurately, and efficiently. You will provide Appletree clients with exceptional customer service and demonstrate call control while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Typing skills 40 wpm
Intermediate knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
Friendly demeanor
Willingness to work in a team environment

Customer Service Manager
Location: Anaheim, CA
Employee Type: Full-time
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage customer service and billing questions for multiple sites

· Grow customer base through calls and other sales methods

· Deliver presentations to current and prospective customers

· Negotiate rates within established margins

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal skills
Minimum of 2 years managing customer relationships
Outgoing and enthusiastic self-starter
Independent thinking and problem solving
Organized and detail oriented
Able to prioritize, multi-task and execute in an efficient and accurate manner
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers
Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
