Description:
Appletree Answering Service is currently seeking a Sales Administrator for our Corporate Office located in Wilmington, DE. The Sales Administrator is responsible for working along with the Director of Sales and the Sales Team in all aspects of the Sales and Marketing department. This includes answering sales phone lines and web chat, assisting in development, communication and adherence of team education and procedures, as well as prospect, customer and vendor communication. Also all other Sales & Marketing functions as required in order to support and grow revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary answer of sales phone lines and support for web chat
- Assist in compilation of Sales education library to include selling techniques, system features and benefits, industry information, etc.
- Communication with prospects, customers and former customers
- Assistance in soliciting and compiling references and testimonials
- Aid in proper Salesforce utilization and tracking
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Strong skills using MS Office Suite preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications essential
- Ability to work under pressure associated with the daily reactive environment associated with Appletree's business offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to interact with all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner at all times
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work under limited supervision and a team player
- Strong sense of urgency

Operations Manager

Anaheim, CA

Description:
- Manage all operations efforts in Anaheim, CA
- Complete scheduling, Telephone Agent hiring, training and coaching agents, customer service, overseeing day-to-day operations at the call center level
- Manage business to meet Financial goals as set forth by Director Of Operations
- Focus on implementing new and existing Appletree business practices geared to improve operations systems and exceed customer expectations
- Serve as Telephone Agent as needed to support call traffic

Work experience requirements:
- At least 6 months full time Agent experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to relocate to Anaheim, CA (Appletree will consider providing relocation assistance for this role on a case by case basis)
- Leadership experience
- Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends)
Prerequisites:
- Applicant will be required to take a predictive index survey
