One practice we strongly believe in at Appletree is soliciting feedback from both our customers and employees and then taking action to make improvements based on that feedback. On a quarterly basis, 360 degree surveys are delivered to all employees in the company. The results are shared with the Managers of each site and an action plan and timeline are then developed to act on the feedback. Company-wide Town Hall Meetings also take place on a monthly basis. All employees are invited to participate in these open communication forums that involve the CEO and other senior level managers to answer questions, address concerns, and communicate company initiatives.

Twice a year we survey all of our Customers through a program called Net Promoters where the customer is asked how likely they would be to refer us to someone they know using a 1-10 scale. We also have a goal of doing 1,000 proactive calls to customers each quarter where we ask them questions about their business, their industry and how we are doing so we can make appropriate improvements.
